Directions for Adding Blog Layouts

Before you start, if you're using a different blogger template, you must switch to MINIMA template! Once logged into your blog, go to the CUSTOMIZE link, there will be a tab labeled EDIT HTML click on it. Scroll down and look for this part of the code:

background:$bgcolor;
margin:0; color:$textcolor; font:x-small Georgia Serif; font-size/* */:/**/small; font-size: /**/small; text-align: center;

Change that part of the code to say this (just copy this):

body {

background:$bgcolor;background-image:url(paste direct link here);background-position: center; background-repeat:no-repeat; background-attachment: fixed;
margin:0;
color:$textcolor;
font:x-small Georgia Serif;
font-size/* */:/**/small;
font-size: /**/small;
text-align: center;
}

Then just paste in the direct link where it says, of the blog you chose. To finish just click SAVE CHANGES and enjoy your new background!
